Terms of Service

1. Agreement
By creating an account or using Flockarewe you agree to these Terms. If you use the service on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to do so.
2. The service
Flockarewe ingests location data from trackers and provides mapping, geofencing, alerts and features to help locate animals. Location accuracy and update frequency depend on your hardware and surrounding networks; we do not guarantee a position will always be available or that an animal will be found.
3. Acceptable use
You may only track animals you own or are authorised to track. You must not use Flockarewe to unlawfully surveil people. You are responsible for complying with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction.
4. Subscriptions & billing
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis via our payment processor. Plan tag limits apply. You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
5. Hardware
Trackers and tags are sold separately. We are not responsible for the performance, battery life or connectivity of third-party hardware.
6. Your data
You retain ownership of your data. You grant us the licence needed to operate the service. Our handling of personal data is described in the Privacy Policy.
7. Availability
We aim for high availability but the service is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the preceding 12 months.
8. Suspension & termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms. You may close your account at any time.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
