Flockarewe
Now watching cattle

Know where your stock is —
day and night.

Track cattle, sheep and every animal that matters — across paddocks, hills and mobile dead-zones — with LoRa ear tags, collars and GPS. Flockarewe geofences each paddock and alerts you the moment an animal strays, goes quiet, or the mob scatters.

And Shep, your AI farm dog, keeps watch while you're in the shed or asleep — telling normal grazing from real trouble and pinging your phone and email the moment it matters.

An AI on watch 24/7 — tells normal grazing from real trouble and pings your phone and email.

Try it

Watch a ewe leave the flock — live

A whole flock is tracked on the fell above Hawes. One ewe strays from the hill paddock — pan and zoom the map and watch Shep's alerts fire in real time, exactly as they would on your dashboard.

Works where there's no mobile signal

Flockarewe runs on your own LoRaWAN gateways — a long-range, low-power radio network you own. Ear tags report from the back paddock, the far hill and the valley, places where 4G collars simply go dark. No SIMs, no monthly data per animal — and tag batteries last months to years.

Welfare and security, in one place

It's not just escapes and rustling. Shep also spots an animal that's gone quiet or stopped moving— cast, sick, calving or worse — so you get to it in time. And when a mob suddenly scatters, that's often a predator, a dog or an open gate. One platform to keep stock safe and well.

Live tracking

Watch them move — and get the alert.

Every ping builds a live trail across your paddocks. The moment an animal leaves its paddock, the mob scatters, or one stops moving, Flockarewe flags it and notifies you — so a problem becomes a quick fix.

Meet Shep · your AI farm dog

Always watching the flock — even at 3am.

Shep is the AI built into Flockarewe that watches your stock while you're in the shed or fast asleep. He reads every movement, tells normal grazing from real trouble — and the instant something's wrong, he pushes an alert to your phone and emails you.

  • Watches 24/7 — every paddock, every mob, no day off
  • Tells normal grazing from a real problem
  • Alerts you instantly by app push and email
  • Spots what you'd miss — scatter, gone-quiet animals, low batteries
  • Can flag an animal as at-risk the moment it strays

And he's on call inside your dashboard — just ask Shep “which animals haven't moved today?”

“Heifer 042” has left North paddock and is heading toward the road — no gate opened by you, likely a downed fence. I've flagged her and started tracking.

The technology

Long range. Low power. Your land.

Flockarewe runs on LoRaWAN — a long-range, low-power radio network you own. A few solar gateways can blanket a whole farm, reaching ear tags and collars kilometres away, through hills and trees, with no mobile signal and no SIM.

Each tag sips power, so a small battery lasts months to years. GNSS collars report their own GPS position; lighter ear tags are located by your gateways. And for animals on the move or off-farm, 4G GPS collars feed the same dashboard — mix and match per animal.

Kilometres of range

A handful of gateways cover a farm. Tags report from the back paddock and the far hill, not just near the yard.

No mobile signal needed

LoRa is your own network — it works in valleys and dead-zones where 4G collars go dark. No SIM, no per-animal data.

Months–years of battery

Low-power radio means tiny batteries last. Less mustering to re-tag, lower cost per head.

Ear tags, collars & GPS

GNSS collars, network-located ear tags and 4G trackers all report to one dashboard, on one map.

Never lose track of your stock.

Set up a workspace in under a minute. Bring your own LoRa gateways — no contracts, no lock-in.
